Kickin' Back at Kenny Summer Festival on July 25

We’re getting ready for you! Come enjoy a fun picnic in the park on July 25.

We’re still looking for volunteers! If you have an hour to share, we’d love your help, primarily with some of the kids’ activities. We’ll have a DJ spinning tunes with breaks every 30 minutes for a fun adult/kid activity like the Hokey Pokey, a hula hoop contest and a fun run/obstacle course around the park.

Come hungry and enjoy some great food available for purchase from Red Wagon Pizza, The Rusty Taco and Fair Faves (corn dogs, mini-donuts, etc.) We’re also working on a cold sweet treats option.

While you’re there, let the kids play some carnival games, bounce in the inflatables and play with the Minneapolis Institute of Arts and the Minneapolis Parks Naturalist. Activities are free, but a $5 donation per child would be welcomed.

For the adults we’ll have a classic car show, informational tables from local businesses and educational tables from non-profit partners.
