The Kenny Community Garden will be holding an organizational/planning meeting on March 23rd at 6:00pm at City Church (1501 West 54th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55419). At the meeting, we will discuss plans for the upcoming 2017 growing season, including the application process/timeline for returning and new gardeners, improvements to the garden site, and garden preparation/planting schedules. All who are interested in participating in the Kenny Community Garden are encouraged to attend. Armatage and Kenny Community Egg Hunt

Activities start at 10 a.m., followed by the Egg Hunt at 11 a.m. The children will be divided into age groups and claim small prizes and candy after the egg hunt.

Community Meetings on Southdale Library Site Redevelopment

Hennepin County will hold two community meetings to gather public input on the Southdale Library site redevelopment. The meetings will be held at the Southdale Library, 7001 York Ave., 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13. Residents from all nearby cities are invited to attend.
